After
graduating Summa Cum Laude from medical school, Dr. Igor Melyokhin practiced Pediatric Surgery for ten years in the former
Soviet Union. Upon securing his medical degree in the United States, Dr. Melyokhin completed his training in Anesthesia at
the Downstate Medical Center in New York. In 1996, Dr. Melyokhin joined the anesthesia team at the Good Samaritan Hospital,
in Suffern, New York. It was during that ten year period that he became an expert in both adult and pediatric ambulatory anesthesia.
He was instrumental in developing policies and procedures to facilitate the application of new anesthetic techniques that
allowed rapid recovery and discharge of both adult and pediatric patients. In addition, Dr. Melyokhin has amassed a wealth
of experience practicing anesthesia in an office based setting. After working side by side with Dr. John Pillitteri and Dr.
Monte Goldstein for ten years, Dr. Igor Melyokhin is proud to join the team at Jandee Anesthesiology. It is in this new practice,
devoted solely to ambulatory anesthesia, that he can provide the highest level of anesthesia care. Dr. Melyokhin constantly
reviews the latest ambulatory anesthesia literature. His commitment to the advancement of ambulatory anesthesia is evident
as he and the members of Jandee Anesthesiology continue to attend seminars and advanced practice lectures on the most current
developments in anesthesiology. This ensures that patients are receiving the safest and most modern anesthesia techniques

Dr.
Monte Jay Goldstein, M.D. has spent his entire career gaining the experience necessary to assume the role as medical director
of the Ramapo Valley Surgical Center and co-founder of Jandee Anesthesiology. He is a graduate of the Downstate Medical Center
and completed five years of residency and fellowship training at NYU/Bellevue Medical Center in New York City. It was there
that he realized the importance of providing a safe and pleasant environment for his surgical patients. Dr. Goldstein spent
fourteen years at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern New York. He was instrumental in developing techniques for the advancement
of ambulatory anesthesia for the new millennium. His emphasis has always been to stay current with the advances in medicine
and their application to his anesthesia practice. He has mastered techniques to eliminate what many consider to be the unavoidable
side effects of anesthesia, including nausea, malaise, and pain, which are common in other surgical centers. He and the team
at Jandee Anesthesiology approach each patient as an individual. A personal plan is developed for each patient and procedure
with complete emphasis on comfort and safety as well as post procedure pain. The team works together to fulfill each patient's
needs and desires. All available anesthesia techniques are employed by Jandee Anesthesiology. They use only state of the art
equipment at all their facilities providing an exceptional opportunity to practice anesthesia, with the greatest emphasis

Dr.
John Pillitteri spent his undergraduate years at Manhattan College in New York. After graduating Summa Cum Laude with a degree
in Chemical Engineering, he attended medical school at the State University of New York, Health Sciences Center, at Brooklyn.
He graduated with top honors, then spent his residency and fellowship years at New York University Medical Center, specializing
in Anesthesiology. In 1990, Dr. Pillitteri joined the anesthesia group at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, New York. He
has spent the last fifteen years honing his clinical skills focusing on the advancement of ambulatory anesthesia. Dr. Pillitteri
spent several years as the Director of Anesthesia at The Center for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Paramus, New Jersey.
He also established several office based practices specializing in Gastroenterology and Urology throughout the New York and
New Jersey areas. Utilizing his extensive experience in office based anesthesia, Dr. Pillitteri has developed policies, procedures
and practice guidelines to create a safe, comfortable and efficient, environment for his patients, as well as the surgeons
and doctors. In July 2005, Dr. Pillitteri joined Dr. Monte Goldstein, his friend and colleague for over twenty years, to form
Jandee Anesthesiology, a practice specializing in ambulatory anesthesia. Together, their combined experience of over thirty

Dr. Michael Song was born in Seoul and spent his early
childhood there, but he considers himself a Southern Californian at heart. He grew up and received much of his formal education in San Diego and Los Angeles California. He graduated from the California Institute of Technology with a BS with honors in Biology and then attended
the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine where he was a Dean’s Scholar and received his M.D. After medical school, he spent a year as an intern at the San Bernardino County Medical Center and then continued
his training with a residency at the Beth Israel Hospital (Now Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center) in Boston Massachusetts,
where he was a resident in anesthesiology and a clinical fellow at the Harvard University School of Medicine. It was during his residency that he developed an interest in regional anesthesia, learning and excelling in
many types of neural block techniques that continue to serve him well today. He also
concentrated his training in pediatric, obstetric, and ambulatory anesthesia while a resident.
Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Song further undertook and graduated from a subspecialty fellowship in pain management
at the Beth Israel Hospital-Harvard University School of Medicine. In 1996, Dr. Song
joined the Department of Anesthesiology at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern, NY where he met and worked with Drs. Pillitteri,
Goldstein, and Melyokhin for almost 11 years. While at Good Samaritan Hospital, Dr.
Song not only helped to run the pain management center and give numerous educational lectures on pain management to the hospital
staff, but also continued to hone his skills as an ambulatory anesthesiologist working in many different office based and
outpatient surgery center environments. As a member of Jandee Anesthesiology, Dr.

Robert Gordon, MD completed his residency training in
anesthesiology at New York Medical College, Valhalla, New York. He spent a year as chief resident with a fellowship in advanced
clinical anesthesia. He then joined the staff at Westchester Medical Center/ New York Medical College, where he attained the
level of Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology in 1994. During his twenty years at Westchester Medical Center, Dr. Gordon
established and maintained Anesthesia standards of care as Chair of the department’s Quality Improvement Committee.
His role included practice surveillance and educational opportunities for the residency training program. A noted lecturer
at national and local meetings, he has also published articles in multiple peer review journals. Prevention of post operative
nausea and vomiting, as well as administration of intravenous sedation for adult and pediatric surgical patients are areas
of particular interest to Dr. Gordon. In 2003, Dr. Gordon was selected to be the Director of Anesthesia at St. Agnes Hospital,
a subdivision of WMC. Dr. Gordon is Board Certified and is member of the America Society of Anesthesiologists and the New
York State Society of Anesthesiologists. Dr. Gordon is thrilled to join JANDEE Anesthesiology, and looks forward to participating
